My versa 2 screen is not working. I’ve followed the recommendations that were recommended to others such as restarting and putting on a Fitbit made clock face and no luck. I’m unable to shut it down since the screen is not working. This happened out of nowhere. It’s still tracking all my steps and heart rate just really sad it’s practically unusable.

Hi @hwunderr - if during restarting the Fitbit logo didn't appear then the watch is most likely faulty.
You can still chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they can take you through a factory reset as a last resort but if that fails you won't be able to use your watch and it will have to be replaced.

Luckily the Fitbit logo appears when it’s reset. I keep hoping an update will come out and this will be resolved. I’ve had it for a few years now with no issues.
