Just bought a Versa 2, downloaded app on iPhone but get this error message of 404 when I try to set up. Watch just says download app. Done notifications, updates and turned off/on and still no luck. Any suggestions please?

Hi @Shilly64, welcome to the community.
Have you checked to see if you have an active Internet connection on your phone (are you able to open and load websites in the browser?). I would recommend uninstalling the Fitbit app and installing it again to see if that helps.
