Anyone else having an issue with new phones not giving sleep scores? I updated the app, logged out and back in, and force stopped the app. Still won't work. Suggestions?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed and understand how you feel about this situation. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, you can follow these steps to restart your device.
Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
