Versa 2 Smart Wake not working

ANSWERED

Recently the Auto (motion) smart wake function has stopped working on my versa 2. It will only wake manually.

I am also having reoccurring issues with the heart rate monitor, a ticket was raised and I tried everything that was recommended, it worked for a while and now it is gone again, the heart rate green light is flashing but no heart rate is displayed.

Smart wake setting is on the watch,

Swipe left, Settings, Screen Wake and set Auto

also

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Set Quick view on

For heart rate

Swipe up on the watch, to get into the Today app

scroll to heart rate and check it has a value, you must be wearing the watch for a while for it to register.

This will verify if the watch is working properly.
