Do you have to use a separate app besides the Fitbit app for Sp02 to work? If so, what is the name of the app you need to download?

@AES10   You must use an SpO2 clock face on the Versa 2 to get your SpO2.  Help article    There is an error in the article.  Fitbit replaced Gallery with Watch faces.

Are you having difficulties with the SPO2 feature?
Do you get an error message?

If you are having difficulties with the SPO2 and the Versa 2. We ask you for a little patience. 

Our team is aware of an issue with the SPO2 feature. They are looking into it and will work on a solution afterwards. 
Hopefully this gets solved soon

Fitbit said I needed to download an app, but the SP02 worked without having to do that. Thank you.
