My Versa 2 SPO2 clock face is showing "couldn't read Spo2"

The tracker is up todate with latest software and kept on wrist 24x7.

 

Below troubleshooting carried out....

Changed to Night Mode, on the back side of tracker only Green LED is flashing. Red LED is unlit. I understand that Red LED should flash in night mode.

 

Pls assist.
