I’ve had my Versa 2 for 2 days and it’s massively over counting steps! Probably almost double what I’m actually doing... I’ve got it on my non-dominant wrist, but set to dominant in settings to try to help...

I have the same thing with my Versa 2. Just purchased a couple of days ago and massively over counting steps. Hard/soft reset didn't work, changing to dominant arm neither. Littlebit weird that the core function of this smartwatch is working so poorly. Any tips/advice besides returning?

I did both resets as well...
and tried both dominant and non-dominant in settings.
really don’t want to return it, but it’s massively annoying!

I purchased my Versa 2 on Friday. I experience the same issue. I'm really disappointed. In the past I used cheap Chinese smartbands like Amazfit BIP or Mi Band. They counted steps correctly. I decided to buy something better but it does not even count steps 😞
