Versa 2 Today screen is crashing

When I swipe up to view my stats, it attempts to load and then closes so I can’t view them. I have checked for updates, reset and re synced and nothing. All other functions working fine

Before considering a factory reset, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, as @Guy_ recommended, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @RachellJamess - it may need a factory reset to get it working again but beware doing that there is a risk to stop the watch from working completely.

 

An intermediate solution is to change to a clock face that shows the stats you check or just check them in the Fitbit App.
