My watch was working just fine this afternoon, but when I went to check the time a little later, the watch is just black. There is no turning it in at all. I'm now getting a battery picture with a red exclamation mark in it. I've been reading others issues and suggestions, but I am only able to hold the button, try other charging ports etc, but I cannot look for firmware update since I cannot get the watch to turn on. Also I can't even find the Bluetooth option for the Versa since following some of these directions I've come across. I can't pair my device at all with my phone as well.
No I don't think it's an Alta or Alta HR it's. Versa 2
