Has anyone found a better Fitbit than the Versa 2 in terms of water use? Being able swim with my watch is important to me and it is clear that the Versa 2 has ongoing issues with water damage.
This is my second one to die in the pool, always around the one year mark. The first was replaced under warranty but this one will be outside that period (as it is one year from purchase not from replacement) and I’m honestly tired of replacing it every year.

Hi @Joelene222 - check with support as replacements also have a partial warranty and it may be covered, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Unfortunately the Fitbit seals aren't very robust so you might have to investigate other brands if water use is your requirement.

I checked with them when I got the replacement and was told the warranty only runs for the period left on the original purchase. That being said in this specific case they have already denied warranting it so I’ll probably just look into other brands. Buying a new watch every year is a bit ridiculous in my opinion when it is supposed to be made for the conditions I’m using it for.

@Joelene222- was under the impression that replacements are warrantied for 90 days, worth verifying again if you are in that range.
