Versa 2 Weight Changing On Own

I just purchased a brand new Fitbit Versa 2 and have had it less than a week. My weight keeps changing. I weigh in the 140's and it keeps changing to 328 lbs. every few days. Any idea how to fix this?

I have the same issue on my original Versa.  I imagine it’s a software issue.  I also posted about it in the community.
