I bought a Fitbit Versa Lite and within 8 months, the battery was draining within 20 minutes of the full charge. As it was under warranty, they sent me a replacement device which is not the same. They sent me a REFURBISHED Fitbit Versa 2. They did not give me a choice.
The device what they sent as an replacement also stopped working(white screen issue) within 6 months of when they sent me. When I contact the support they are saying that they do not the reason why I am seeing a white screen and within 6 months of the replacement device, the warranty is over. I do not understand the warranty. They are warranting any products for the date of purchase and not to the device.
I need an information on why the device is just showing white screen and why any fitbit device lasts only as maximum of 6-8 months
