Versa 2 Won’t Charge

I plugged my versa 2 in earlier this week to charge. When I went to check on it, it didn’t charge at all. I have tried all suggestions on the website. Help please.

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
