My husband and I both have Versa 2 watches. All of a sudden my account has his name on it but my height weight, etc. I tried cancelling my Versa 2 and updating the right criteria. Now my watch is stuck on 12:43 and nothing. It’s been charged and ready to go. Does anyone know what the problem is?
