I have a versa 2 which used to work with Alexa. For some reason it no longer does. when I press the button on my device it says complete the setup in fitbit mobile app and sync device however, when I go into the app and press the Alexa tile I get a message saying connected? I've tried logging out and logging back in, removing from devices list on my alexa app but I still get the same issue can anybody help please.
That and the constant error as device not found when I try to sync I am getting a bit fed up. Phone is a samsung S9 if it makes any difference.
