Hi, I have noticed recently that my heart rate on my watch when I look at it while walking or doing housework is around 130, however when I look at the app to see my heart rate throughout the day it doesn’t match this high heart rate. How accurate is it?

Hi there, @Amandajd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate data is not matching between your Versa 2 and the Fitbit app. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if the heart rate is the only data that is not matching or syncing correctly? Please note that our team is aware of an "Unable to Sync" bug that is impacting a small percentage of Android Fitbit App Customers, and they're currently working on a fix.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend rebooting your phone and making sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version and your Versa 2 is already running the latest firmware version.
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please see What factors can influence my heart rate reading on my Fitbit device?
