Been trying to use the versa 2 to check the weather this morning. Keeps telling me I need to sync the Fitbit mobile app to update. I have sync my Fitbit ten times this morning, sleep, steps etc all update in the app so I know it’s working but I go back to the versa 2 and click on weather I get the same message again.

Same problem here. All was fine until the latest firmware update on Friday. Haven't had weather since then.

Same problem here. Syncing with my phone fine but the watch is not up to date. My apps, including weather, have not updated since Wednesday. Nor have my activity stats, showing my sleep from Tuesday night. Really disappointed.

I don't get it. We all have the same problem. I don't see any discussion about a solution. What is the point?
