My Versa has not synced in a month. I have deleted app, reinstalled. Rebooted watch and no avail.
Battery goes from fully charged to dead in two days. I have a fit bit clock face. I do not use apps like Spotify or pay.
Very unhappy with my device right now.

A month of no syncing is quite a long time. Can you look here to ensure your mobile device is compatible with the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices
If your mobile device is indeed compatible is it showing as connected to your Bluetooth? If it shows as connected try turning your Bluetooth off for a few seconds then turn it back on. Go back to the Fitbit App and try manual syncing by swiping the page downward.
If the problem continues, try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn off your Bluetooth, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on again. Log back into your Fitbit App and try to sync your Versa 2 again.
I can see from a previous post that your child has an Ace 2. Is their Fitbit syncing properly?
