My fiance bought me a Versa 2 last Christmas. Used to get a few days battery life...now only a few hours. Read forums, watched videos and followed suit. Still dying on me a few hours after charge. What can be done. It was from my fiance so I want to do all I can before I have to go with something else. Thank you.

Hi there, @BryanJHoneycutt. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hi @BryanJHoneycutt - you should have got nearer 6 days [without an SpO2 clock face] so it may have been faulty if you only got 2.
Since then new features have been added and the App has been through many versions.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
Curiously my Versa 2 has gone from about 6 days to 10 days between charges but is only used to show the time, for the moment, as a test.
