I need to charge me Versa every other day. I have turned off Notifications and any other app not in use but this hasn't made any difference.

A few things to check
Did you try to restart the watch?
Is this a new occurrence due to a recent update?
Have you tried changing clock face, if you have a non standard one, it may have been updated with a bug?
