I fully charged my versa 2 last night before bed. I put it back on at 100% to sleep with and when I woke up it was on 15% and 30 minutes later it was dead. The day before a full battery lasted only a single day. It’s getting worse and worse and the device was purchased brand new 6 months ago. I have no idea what to do.

I have the same problem, started 5-7 days ago. Was just on virtual chat with fitbit and he told me to try factory reset. Then I lost connection!
