I purchased mine like 2 weeks back and everything as smooth. Last week did a firmware update. After that the battery life has been pathetic. I have to charge twice in a day. I already did a factory reset and uninstalled app which i dont use. And have tried everything I could to improve it. I wonder if anyone has any solution or suggestion on this problem. Or if someone else having similar issue?

Hi, @Mansi12327! That's definitely not good. Is there any other reason the battery might be draining like an always on clock face? Other than that, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support, this is not normal behavior.

Hi
As you've just updated sometimes it can take the new firmware a little while to settle and that can effect the battery life for a couple of days
It happens sometimes when on phones as well
If it persists contact support but see how it performs over the next couple of days

I contacted and they asked me to run a battery test which I am going to do and see how it goes.

Mine is doing the exact same thing, I did the last update and added the new Spo2 clockface
But have since changed it because that was a suggestion, I've turned off my always on and I also set the device up again but the charge isnt even lasting 24 hours? I've had it for a year and never had an issue until now!
