My versa 2 had a los battery, and after plugging it in, the screen is now black.
I have charged it multiple times, it sometimes gets warm. However, even holding the side button produces no results.
Please tell me there’s a way to fix this.

The same thing happened with my versa lite- it won’t charge or turn on at all anymore. I contacted customer support and the best they could do was offer a 35% discount on the purchase of a brand new device (still costs over $200).
I’m very disappointed 😔 I’ve only had it for 18 months and really liked the device. Feels like a waste of money for something that doesn’t last. I thought they might replace it, exchange it for another model, or give a better credit for an upgrade.
If you’re within the 1 year warranty maybe you’ll have more luck!
