My screen has just turned black, it vibrates but that’s it.
- i have tried to restart, it vibrates but no logo or smiley appears
- i have charged it and according to the app it is fully charged
- i have tried to change the clock interface
i have recently updated my versa
i do not know what to do - please help

Good troubleshooting
Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
