Versa 2 black screen

I will not be using the code Fitbit offered or purchasing another Fitbit product ever. Two different products should last longer then 1.5 years. The first product last a few months then stopped working. I had a replacement sent which was a Fitbit verse 2 after another few months the screen was white then the next day black. This happened with no injury to the screen. Even though they sent me a product that didn’t last an entire a year, they refused to replace it. They offered me a 35% discount. If two different products cannot last a year and half why would anyone want to waste their money. I will purchase an apple product moving forward.

I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this inconvenience with your Versa 2 watch. 

It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
