Versa 2 blank screen

My Versa 2 is about 3 months old.  I got the black screen, and it will not restart.  It is charged, so that isn't the issue.  Really disappointed in this product.  So many complaints, this must be a design flaw.  Fitbit needs to take care of their customers.
