Versa 2 blank screen

My Versa 2 scream is black and flashes on some with lines. I have   a IPhone 11. Tried rebooting several times. Still will not come back. Help please.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CarolinalaL-5. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried rebooting your Versa 2 to remove the lines. 

Could you please change your watch's clock face with the instructions of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
