Versa 2 blank screen

I had a bad experience before with one of Fitbit products but I want to give the brand a 2nd chance I purchased a Fitbit versa 2 9 months ago and this week the screen is black and doesn’t work anymore is so disappointed.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I did restart it and changed the clock face couple of times I remove the item from the app and installed it again it didn’t work.
