Versa 2 blank screen

My Versa2 screen suddenly went blank, just a white box. Help?

Hi @Lunamadre - did you resolve the issue?

If not try restarting it. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also try charging it and if it gets hot stop immediately.

If you double tap the screen and swipe in any direction the screen is displaying correctly try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.

Thank you for checking in. I had to order a new one, none of the "fixes"
worked. They gave me a coupon.

@Lunamadre - use it on another Versa 2 and don't pay more than a new versa 2 or switch to another brand but best to avoid the more expensive Fitbits. Which aren't necessarily compatible with the 2.

In any case make a note of the names of your current clocks and apps (in the Gallery tile), it can come in handy later.
