Versa 2 blank screen

My fitbit randomly stopped displaying anything on the screen. It has power and still syncs and tracks but nothing will show on the watch itself. 

I have tried to hold the buttons to restart but cannot see the fitbit logo appear. I have changed my clock face and also removed my screen protector. Not sure if this has happened to anyone or any other troubleshooting we can try.

Hi @Awilfong21 - it seems like it may be a screen fault. There remains one other option, a factory reset, but once you do that and if the screen does not come back (which is unlikely) you won't be able to set the watch up again and so won't be able to use it at all.

Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
