Versa 2 blank screen

Versa 2 display went black today. When I touch the screen it still gives feedback/vibrates. I tried the reboot by holding down the power button and nothing. Anything I can do besides replacing the unit.

This exact thing is happening to me right now as well!! I only got it yesterday evening and now it's doing the same as yours.
