Hi, following the update last week my Versa touch screen stopped working and then the screen went black. I've changed the clock face, charged and did the restart. The same thing happened to my last Versa 18 months ago. Is it unrealistic to expect them to last longer than 18 months? I've contacted support who signposted me here.

Same thing happened to my Versa 2.

Mine just did that today for the first time! Does that mean this versa 2 is now ‘dead’ and I have to get another? If not, how did you get the clock face or anything back on the display? Mine only tells me to set up Alexa. 🤷:female_sign:

This has happened to two of my devices, both were only 18 months old. You can try resetting the clock face (via the app) or rebooting. I hope this works for you but on both occasions for me it was 'dead'.

Oh goodness. So sorry to hear that! I love my versa 2! Fortunately I got I. Touch with customer service and they had me hold the button for 10 seconds. Then it came back to life! (I’m guessing that’s how to reboot or restart it?) in the meantime, I will prepare myself for the possibility that it may be near the end of its life. 😞

😞 Fortunately I was able to get in touch with customer service and they had me hold the button for ten seconds. Then it came back to life! but now I will be prepared that it may be getting to the end of its life as I’ve had it 17 months. 👀
