Versa 2 blank screen

My Versa 2 still had charge but the screen went black. I put it on the charger for two days and nothing. I’ve tried restarting by holding the button, nothing. I’ve tried clicking the button repeatedly and nothing.

Hi @Mbull21 - unfortunately it seems the watch  may have a fault, possibly so, especially if it got wet, but a few things to check.

Make sure the watch and charger contacts have been cleaned and you are using a Versa 2 charger, in case you had a Versa before as the charger is different, plug it into a PC and charge, making sure the watch doesn't get hot, and if so stop immediately. 

Note what the PC tells you about the connection, if it says connected and disconnected repeatedly the watch is probably faulty.

If holding the button for at least 10 seconds does nothing, the battery is not charged or the watch is faulty.

I’m having the same problem. Screen won’t light except if I hold the side button for several seconds the logo appears for a second but that is it. The app says it’s charged to 61%. It was on the charger for at least 4 hours yesterday.
