Versa 2 blinking logo

I have  versa 2 that is stuck in blinking logo. I have tried all answers and nothing works.  Tried powering off and doesn't work synching doesn't work. Tried removing the phone from account and bluetooth nd won't add again to account.

Can I get some phone help? 🤣

All the steps you have done already are truly appreciated. In this case, I'd recommend trying a Factory Reset, once you follow the steps below, try setting up the device again: 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  3. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  4. Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which
    indicates they initiated the factory reset.
