Versa 2 brightness not changing

I've tried in settings dim to max no change 

Sleep mode is off 

I've deleted the watch and reinstalled 

Deleted the app and started from scratch 

Soft reset and factory reset and it's still on dim has anyone ever had this and had any way to fix it
