Hi, I brought a versa 2 watch about 6 months ago, but now the side button is jammed and won't reset the screen. It is also now stuck on the wallet page. The alarm function still works, but functionally it is broken. What is my next course of action?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Skandaman. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 side button is not working. 

Please clean around the button with a tooth brush, a cotton with alcohol or canned air in order to remove the dirt.
