My versa 2 power button is not working. Can’t power on or off. My screen is also stuck. Help!!

My screen is also stuck and I can't restart it. Did you ever get yours restarted?

If you don't have the normal clock face showing the watch may be in some other state, such as showing the logo and in which case you can always try this procedure Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo posted by @MarreFitbit

If you can double tap the screen and then swipe the face left to get to settings, go to the About menu and do a Shutdown.
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.
If not let it rundown completely till it goes off, then recharge it.
You can contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
