Hi there, @ShirlsB. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @ShirlsB - if there is nothing on the screen it may have suffered a fault or is not getting charge. Make sure to use the correct charger because the Versa charger looks the same but won't work, and try a PC port as a power source.
