Versa 2 button not working

Left side button all of a sudden stopped working. Also, if I swipe screen, choose am app, it doesn't do anything after nor can I Swipe to back track. Can't soft reset because button doesn't work.

Are you able to get to Settings, at the bottom About, at the bottom, Shutdown?

Place on charger to restart, if the button won't work.

But if it doesn't wake you may have a problem.

Check the button is not stuck in or misaligned and clean carefully with a wooden tooth pick.

No. Cleaning did nothing. I tried to sync and even tried to reconnect to app, watch not even found. It is very sad that such a good watch, that cost $200, only lasted 1 year. I read reviews and many people say the same. I took extreme care with as it was my first ever smart watch in my budget. Guess I'll  have to find another brand. Thanks for the help!
