I got my fitbit about a month ago for christmas and the side button is no longer turning the screen on. the button doesn’t feel right when you push it either i don’t know how to describe it. I tried using a pin to clean it but nothing i have is small enough to get in there and I don’t have compressed air. any suggestions?

Hi there, @Exercise1000. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps or try the second restart method provided by @Guy_.

Hi @Exercise1000 - even though it is not working try holding the button for 10 seconds to do a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If unsuccessful, go to the watch Settings, About menu and do a Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
As it is under warranty you can still get it replaced where you bought it.
