Versa 2 button stopped working

Does anyone have any solutions besides fitbits ideas to fix a side button on the versa 2???

 

This is my second replacement with the same issue, I just recieved this replacement feb. it is now out of warrenty and it was a gift. It has to be something with the model as it happned to my last one and now this one. And ive read that its a very common issue with this model. I will be calling customer support in the morning

Im going to be calling the help centre after I go to the gym today, the
solution they provided was not in anyway helpful. I dont feel I should have
to pay for another one with a 35% off coupon when this is the same issue
they helped me with 2 months ago and replaced it. I use my fitbit on a
daily basis for panic disorder and to make sure i am being active I also
cannot afford to replace it as it was a gift. I😔 I honestly think it is
this model this is the 3rd one with the same issue. Thank you for reaching
out
