Versa 2 button stopped working

Hi, the side button on my versa 2 has stopped working and now can’t click back or restart. My versa face is now stuck on a screen regarding audio output and I can’t get back to the main clock face. Any ideas on getting the button working again or am I going to need to buy a new one . Thanks

Hi,

the side button is stuck and will no longer work, my clock face is currently stick on 'set up wallet' as I connect select the button to go back.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this.

I'm having the exact same issue. I can't restart the watch if the side button doesn't work. Did you get a resolution to this issue from Fitbit?

Hi,

I contacted the Fitbit support team directly, it looks like it needs replacing.
