Versa 2 can't get notifications

Hi, I have a versa 2. It's stopped sending my my WhatsApp notifications since the software update. Says I need to restart my phone, which I have done several times. I've also uninstalled the app and put it back on but nothing. Also it's never connected to Alexa. Tia.

I’m having the same problem- have restarted phone - deleted app - restarted and not getting any messages

iPhone 7 - everything was all okay until last Fitbit update - now no
messages come through on versa 2

I'm having the same issue with a fitbit sense. Have only had it a couple of days and have the restart message as well. Nothing seems to be shifting it. I've a Huawei P20.

Hi im having exactly the same problem with my p20 phone i was wondering if it was the phone, I'm tired of keep reinstalling the app. Very occasionally it will work and a load of emails but then it stops cant get txts only phone call alerts.

I only seem to have had trouble since the software update. I've had it since November and it's worked fine until this week. Very annoying 😟

Mine seems to have corrected itself now. No idea how but I’ll take it. Hope others are sorted as well.

Mine has corrected itself too - I wish though they would sort the days out
- Thursday I go to sleep and this shows up as Friday sleep always seems to
be a day ahead

Sleep is always recorded as being on the day you wake up.

But you would have thought it’s the day you go to sleep not wake !!

Maybe but it is hard to record the sleep before the sleep. We also refer to last night's sleep, not tonight's sleep.
