I’ve just got a Versa 2 to replace my original Versa, and I’ve had it a couple of days now. I can’t install the SpO2 clock face, even though the app is saying my Versa is up to date and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. My iOS is up to date, and I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I had no problem with that clock face on my original Versa.

Hello there @KazB, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 and for the screenshot attached.
Since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. In the image your Versa 2 shows version 70.7.14 but the latest one is 71.6.19. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.

@MarreFitbit thanks for getting back to me. I’ll keep an eye on it, and keep trying the check for updates option in the app. I’ll let you know if the problem persists, or I can’t get the update.

@allyd39 it took about 5 days for the app to finally tell me there was a firmware update available. You can try forcing it by going to your account section in the app, and entering the Help & Support section. Then you can check for a device update.
