Versa 2 can't swipe up

Hi,

I haven't had any issues with my versa 2 until today. When I swipe up (to the "today" page) it loads the page for a brief moment before quitting and returning to the homescreen. I am able to swipe all of the other directions. I have tried restarting 3 times which has left the problem intact. Any help appreciated

Hi @lrac2012 - this seems like a Today app problem and fortunately not a watch problem. It is worth checking in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, that the Today app has all it's permissions.

 

If that doesn't fix it you can chat reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, who may take you through a factory reset process to restore the Today app or have another solution.
