Versa 2 cannot change clock face

Since app upgrade can no longer apply new clock faces. The today icon does nothing. I have Android above a 10 and fitbit 4.19

Disappointed. Was considering purchasing a versa 4 but not so much now

Hi @Mmk1 - if you live in the EEA or UK you can now only download Fitbit stuff from the online Gallery but on the watch you can still swipe the watch face to the left and tap Clocks to change face or in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile you can switch faces and sync.

If this is not working try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
