Versa 2 charging problem

I got zero support in fixing my charging problem from Support. Ending up it is a Flaw in the making of the charger. My charger that came with the Fitbit is broken strait from them. I bought 3 versa 2 watches at one time. Mine did not charged. the rest did. After testing i found out that the charger placed in my box had a manufacturer's defect in that it will not clip on and hold it to charge. I have to use the one that came with my Mothers. It looks to me that the Quality Inspection Team that is at the plant does not do the job right. OR worse the Company CEO and the rest of upper management. Removed them for Pay Raises.

ROFL.. well i bought and asked for help in DECEMBER of 2019. it is NOT like i asked in the last 30 days. Nor is it liked i Bought it in the last 30 day. So try not to blow things off buy using this Virus as a Excuse.

I'm not using the virus as an excuse, but I wanted to call your attention to the banner at the top of the forums. You'll want to get with support if you want them to handle your request for a new charging unit. Right now phone support is weekdays only.
