My fitbit is about 6 months old. It used to hold a charge for a week, now it is dead on the 3rd morning, dying thru the night. I have had no recent updates nor have I changed any settings. My husband got his at the same time and it is still going strong. I use the charger it came with. Having had 2 hip replacements I rely on it mainly for tracking my steps, sleep and texts/emails. Most of the suggestions I have read to fix the battery drainage doesn't apply to my situation and again I have changed nothing. It shouldn't just start losing power. Can I get it fixed or replaced? I ordered it from Amazon and I am not sure I have the original packaging but it is only 6 months old...purchased the beginning of the year.

Hi @MoonQueen You will need to contact Fitbit Support to find what they are able to do. The original packaging is not important, so don't worry about that. Good luck
