I’ve defeated the app and reinstalled the app. I’ve tried to change the clock face but nothing happens please help

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Do you receive an error message when you try to change the clock face or nothing happens? Lastly, is this occurring with Fitbit original clock faces or just with third-party ones? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
