Versa 2 compatibility with Realme X2 Pro

I want to Switch from Oneplus 3 to Realme X2 pro. Now the Realme X2 pro cannot connect to the Versa 2, because Versa 2 refuses connection.

Is it just incompatible? Or can there be a other reason?

If it is incompatible, how long does it take until fitbit makes Updates for New Smartphones?

This way the Versa 2 is useless for me.

Hello there @SirBacke, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about adding more mobile phones to our list of Supported Devices. As my friend @NellyG mentioned, currently your Realme X2 Pro isn't yet a compatible device  as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. Be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed.

There is a possibility that your Versa can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Versa 2 from the OnePlus 3 Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Versa 2 as a new device on the Realme X2 Pro.

You can also go ahead and try the steps provided by @NellyG

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi @SirBacke It is not on the Supported Devices List  so I would guess it is not compatable. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on syncing. Fitbit dont give out what phones they are working on, it is just a matter of wait and see if they appearbon the list. Sorry.

Hi there.

Isn't still Realme X2 Pro compatible? This post it's from November, we are in June and I still can't connect my versa 2 to my Realme device. I'm very upset by this because I spent 200$ in my versa 2 and I can't use it. Realme is one of the most best sellers in a lot of countries. When will it be compatible?

Thank you.

Hello - after hours of frustration and browsing the web I managed to connect my new Charge 4 to my Realme X2 and it seems to be working, app and Fitbit communicate, register steps etc.

I enforced a mix of:

- force close app + reset phone

- force reset the Fitbit several times, like 8 or 9 (it suddenly had a blank screen problem too, was not showing anything any longer, I just followed along the second part of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiRDEB0ts48

and it worked for me!

I show you two ways how to fix a black or blank screen on a Fitbit Charge 3 or Charge 4. Fitbit Charge 3 Fitness Activity Tracker: https://amzn.to/2SEtJkl Fitbit Charge 4 Fitness and Activity Tracker: https://amzn.to/2ywpct8 Amazon Daily Deals: https://amzn.to/2QVcoRC -----My Gear for Youtube ...

edit: so far a disappointing experience for a £129 Fitbit. I almost returned it as I lost hope of connecting it and I found out that Realme just released their own competitor Realme Band and it sells for £23....
